Scientific Meditation Therapy for ADDICTION Recovery!

Therapeutic Thinking is a proven ancient technique.  How to quit smoking drinking alcohol? 


Jyotindra Zaveri: A person, highly qualified and intelligent, was regularly going to a shop and buying slow poison. What would you call such a person?

Kirti Ramdasi: With due respect to his or her intelligence but buying poison does not indicate intelligence, I would call such a person not intelligent at all. Addiction Is a Family Disease, one person may use it, but the whole family suffers!


K: What are the factors that induce addiction?
JZ: Family, Friendcircle, upbringing and lifestyle. Stress. Alcohol is often advertised as a Stressbuster. It may give temporary relief but creates an even bigger problem.  

K: It is not easy to stop addiction. Recovery is hard. Regret is harder. What is the solution? 

JZ: Scientific Meditation along with therapeutic thinking is the sure-shot solution, without any sideeffect. Meditation therapy with Therapeutic Thinking:

  1. Practice rhythmic breathing - two minutes
  2. Diaphragmatic breathing OR Belly Breathing.
  3. Practice Humming Bee sound - two minutes
  4. Practice Relaxation
  5. Practice perception of breathing
  6. Visualize green colour at the Psychic Center of Vigilance: Ears

Therapeutic Thinking: 
  • I am becoming free from drugs
  • Alcohol/smoking/tobacco is extremely harmful
  • I do not want to damage anymore my body especially my lungs and liver
  • Smoking  has an injurious effect on the lungs therefore I want to reduce and stop smoking
  • I promise myself that  I will not smoke or drink again

K:  Believe you can and you’re halfway there. It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.  Recovery is hard. Regret is harder. Follow the meditation method just explained.
If you are not addicted then tell your friends to follow.
JZ: Some companies selling alcohol and tobacco have very large budgets for advertisement. Whereas there we do not have that kind of budget for marketing meditation.
