Jyotindra Zaveri: A person, highly qualified and intelligent, was regularly going to a shop and buying slow poison. What would you call such a person?

Kirti Ramdasi: With due respect to his or her intelligence but buying poison does not indicate intelligence, I would call such a person not intelligent at all. Addiction Is a Family Disease, one person may use it, but the whole family suffers!

K: What are the factors that induce addiction?
JZ: Family, Friendcircle, upbringing and lifestyle. Stress. Alcohol is often advertised as a Stressbuster. It may give temporary relief but creates an even bigger problem.  

K: It is not easy to stop addiction. Recovery is hard. Regret is harder. What is the solution? 

JZ: Scientific Meditation along with therapeutic thinking is the sure-shot solution, without any sideeffect. Meditation therapy with Therapeutic Thinking:

  1. Practice rhythmic breathing - two minutes
  2. Diaphragmatic breathing OR Belly Breathing.
  3. Practice Humming Bee sound - two minutes
  4. Practice Relaxation
  5. Practice perception of breathing
  6. Visualize green colour at the Psychic Center of Vigilance: Ears

Therapeutic Thinking: 
  • I am becoming free from drugs
  • Alcohol/smoking/tobacco is extremely harmful
  • I do not want to damage anymore my body especially my lungs and liver
  • Smoking  has an injurious effect on the lungs therefore I want to reduce and stop smoking
  • I promise myself that  I will not smoke or drink again

K:  Believe you can and you’re halfway there. It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.  Recovery is hard. Regret is harder. Follow the meditation method just explained.
If you are not addicted then tell your friends to follow.
JZ: Some companies selling alcohol and tobacco have very large budgets for advertisement. Whereas there we do not have that kind of budget for marketing meditation.

  3. A man between the ages of 50 and 55 received a gift of her RIGHT KIDNEY.
  4. A man between the ages of 45 and 50 received a gift of her PANCREAS AND the LEFT KIDNEY.
Amrapali departed for heavenly abode on January 24, 2020, at age 35!

Emotional Intelligence and how to develop to exceed your goals and achieve your fullest potential! Kirti: When we meet a person who is helpful and loving, we say the person is kind-hearted. From where emotions are coming? Is it coming from the heart? Jyotindra Zaveri: Not from the heart! Emotions are coming from Hormones. To be successful it is necessary to control and monitor Urges and impulses. The limbic system is the area of the brain most heavily involved in emotion and memory. Its structures include the hypothalamus, thalamus, and amygdala. The hypothalamus plays a role in the activation of the sympathetic nervous system, which is a part of any emotional reaction. Commonly known as F and F reaction. We need to understand various kinds of feelings. K: What are different kinds of feelings? JZ: There are five core feelings. Happiness, sadness, anger, fear and shame. One must understand different states of mind. Story of five friends and an Apple tree? Once friends were going on a trip, but along the way got lost in a forest. Soon they became hungry and thirsty. They searched for food for some time and finally found a fruit tree. The first man said, "Let's cut the tree down and get the fruits." The last friend said quietly, "There are plenty of good fruits on the ground, so let us just eat them first." You can see various states of mind (leshya) of these friends. The last friends' minds represent six types of leshyas. The first friend's state of mind represents Krishna (dull black) leshya. The last friend's state of mind represents Shukla (bright white) leshya. K: How to develop EQ and exceed the goal? JZ: By practising Leshya Dhyan. The colour meditation. In ancient scripture, Psychic Colours are called Leshya. That is the technical term used. Aura or Abhamandal is the energy field surrounding us. Colour Therapy

Colour Therapy uses colour to balance the chakras of the body by using the seven colours of the light spectrum, Colour Therapy aims to balance and enhance our body's energy centres/chakras, which can help to stimulate our body's own healing process. Each of the seven main colours of the spectrum, resonates with one of the main seven chakras. How to energise the body & Mind?

 Today’s topic is: How can we energise the body & mind? Man has not learned his own strength and how to use it to combat his problems. The root of his unhappiness is his unfamiliarity with himself. Hence he is not able to realise his potential and power.

Host Kirti: How to transform? Jyotindra Zaveri (JZ): If you sincerely wish to transform yourself, you must first ensure that you do not abuse your vital force. Use it only for essentials. Non-essential activities such as anger will drain out this energy. Extreme excitement and lust drain it. Preserve your vital force. K: How to awaken the vital force? JZ: Our vital force and breathing power begin from the base of the spinal cord, along with consciousness and knowledge. If the force flows upward, our consciousness awakens, if it flows downward, consciousness is submerged. Only by taking it upward can we prepare ourselves for enlightenment. Slightly above the belly button, above the kidneys, there is a gland called adrenal glands. The adrenal glands are endocrine glands that produce a variety of hormones including adrenaline and the steroids aldosterone and cortisol. They are found above the left and right kidneys. While the term "adrenal gland" might not mean anything for you, the expression "fight or flight" is very well known and represents the essence of these glands. K: How to deal with Fatigue, mental lethargy, depression, fatigue, stress and anxiety. JZ: You need vitamin B5. This creates energy. Food: Mushroom, Cabbage, Avocado And Vitamin B6: For brain health. Food: Beans, Green leafy vegetables, Nuts (Almonds). Do the meditation step of the internal trip properly. K: What is an internal trip? This step is used to get the power from the bottom of the spinal cord that is the centre of power to the centre of knowledge, the top of the head. K: Is there any precaution or care to be taken while doing the internal trip meditation? JZ: Yes. Insulation of raw power is necessary. Do white colour meditation. What lesson can we learn from history, where people have become billionaires, from zero to hero? Jyotindra Zaveri: Before we start, did I tell you that story of a person who was addicted to lottery tickets? K: The trouble with most people is that they have no means of backup support. When business is not doing good, the stock market drops, or they take a loss on their Investments, they seem helpless. The reason for such insecurity is that they do not know how to tap the subconscious mind power. They are not aware that they have an exhaustible power supply, an amazing source of energy is available and that is their subconscious mind power. K: Q: During the pandemic situation many people are not able to cope up with the new normal. How to cope up with such a challenging situation? Jyotindra Z: If you are having financial difficulties, if you are trying to make ends meet, it means you have not convinced your subconscious mind that you will not always have plenty but you will have surplus to give. K: People say if we do pooja, a dev will appear and say 'tathastu', and that will fulfil our dreams. How does that work? JZ: True, that dev is your subconscious mind energy. Your subconscious mind accepts your fear and negative statement as your request and proceeds in its own way to bring obstacles, delays, shortages, and limitations into your life. Remove that FEAR. K: How to remove that fear of failure? JZ: That itself is a great topic, why not discuss it at length in the next episode. K: How do we tap the power of the subconscious mind to create wealth? JZ: We tap the power of the subconscious mind by practising Anupresha dhyan. The feeling of wealth produces wealth. Prayog: Let us take an example of a car. I would rather say the car. K: You have a fundamental right to be rich. You are here to lead an important life and be happy, radiant and free. You should therefore have all the money you need to lead a full happy and prosperous life. You are here to grow, expand and unfold spiritually, mentally, and materially. An important aspect of that is the ability, should you so choose, to surround yourself with beauty and luxury.
